Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Wrong Item Delivered (When Replacement Isn’t Possible)

If you receive an incorrect item and we cannot provide the correct item as a replacement, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of the wrong item may be required
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

2. Defective Item Delivered

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of the defect/damage is required
  • We may require return of the defective item (at our expense)

3. Product Not Delivered

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (for standard shipping), you may request a full refund.

  • We will first investigate with the shipping carrier
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will process your refund
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by law in your jurisdiction:

  • Downloadable software products

  3. Include any required photographic evidence
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  5. If approved, follow the return instructions provided (if applicable)

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will process your refund within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Return Shipping
